Submission Deadline Extended

Good news! The deadline to submit images for the Red Bull Illume Image Quest 2010 has been extended to February 28, 2010. This extra month of submission time gives photographers the chance to take more shoots in one of action and adventure sports photography’s busiest times: the winter season.

With numerous winter sports events taking place in February, and following numerous requests, the postponed deadline offers submitting photographers significantly more opportunities to capture those one-of-a-kind, head-turning winter shots.

However, although the submission phase of the contest will now last for one moth longer than originally planned, this will not affect the winner’s announcement, which is still scheduled for May/June 2010. So make the most of this extra month of shooting opportunities and seize your chance to capture the essence of winter sports.
