Submission Phase Open!

The Red Bull Illume servers are switched on and have already begun receiving photos for the Red Bull Illume Image Quest 2010 submission phase, which opened today October 1.

Amateur and professional photographers are invited to register and enter their best action and adventure sports photos via the upload area on this website.

The ten categories for the 2010 Image Quest are culture, playground, energy, spirit, close up, wings, sequence, new creativity, experimental and illumination and the winners, chosen by a selected jury of experts, will be announced in May 2010.

The contest focuses on finding the world’s most outstanding and premium adventure sports images, illuminating the passion, thrilling lifestyle and culture behind these shots and honoring the people who brave the world’s harshest terrains to get them.

The submission phase remains open until February 28, 2010.
