Rami Hanafi

I am based In Tampere, Finland, and I study photojournalism at the University of Tampere. I work as a staff photographer for the newspaper Aamulehti for six months a year. The other half of the year I work as a freelance photographer, shooting commercial and editorial work. My photos have appeared in publications including Playboard and Transworld Snowboarding, and I was honored as Finland’s young photojournalist of the year in 2006.

Due to my longtime passion for snowboarding, I especially enjoy shooting the sport and the people and lifestyle around it.
