Before I became a full-time photographer I used to work as a distributor, and I distributed plumbing gear. Every day I had a route to drive and on that route there was a long section of the road that was completely straight. And at one point of the day the sun was perfectly centred over the road which made the road super bright, especially late in the season. I figured it must look sick from a drone perspective with such a long road and that light. So, as always I called my buddy Alfred Björebo to see if he could throw some ollies in the middle of nowhere. And as always, he said yes. There was some struggle with getting a completely cloud free day that late in the season but after a few weeks it finally happened. We went there like an hour before the light was right and prepared with coffee and hip-hop music. When the sun finally was over the middle of the road it was go time and we nailed the shot in just a couple of tries.

Biography
I grew up in a small village called Rengsjö located in the Swedish countryside. My love for action sports started when I watched my older brother take his first turns on his snowboard. From that day on I was hooked. In 2010 I suffered a nasty knee injury that required multiple surgeries and years of physio. Somehow, that made me get into photography. It felt good to still be in the sports that I loved but with a camera instead. Since then I've had covers on some of the biggest snowboard/skateboard mags out there and traveled the globe to shoot.
My imagination is pushing me forward and I want my photos to be limitless. I see it as a creative competition against myself, how unique can I make my photos? A couple of years ago photography was my hobby. Today I'm stoked to say it's my profession.
