Biography
I am a visual storyteller who is constantly trying to capture moments that strike an emotional chord with the viewer. I’ve always been interested in the more extreme & alternative sports and for the last two years I have been working with World Champion kitesurfer Liam Whaley, who specialises in the discipline of big air kitesurfing. This job has taken me all over the world chasing the most extreme conditions.
Documenting this crazy sport is not easy. I am very often on the beach in 30/40+ knot winds getting sand blasted and enduring mother nature’s full force. However, it is extremely rewarding when I get the shot.
I love being able to show people that have never seen the sport before my work and see the reaction on their face.
I would highly recommend to anyone that has the opportunity, to go watch the sport in real life and experience the thrills. There really isn’t another sport quite like it.
