A Florida native, Chris traded the ocean for mountain life as a photographer, filmmaker, and mountain athlete living in Jackson, Wyoming. His passion for photography developed when he and two friends bought a van and traveled through the United States after graduating high school. Since then, he has worked with studios and clients all across the US documenting outdoor athletes, conservation issues, and life in the environments he feels closest to. Chris feels equally inspired when shooting climbing, skiing, or surfing in a remote landscape as when capturing the moments in-between the action, especially when the crew comes together for a good meal.
Nowadays, Chris is a part of the Fisher Creative team, a studio based out of the Teton area, and can usually be found in the mountains climbing, biking, skiing, trail running, and more, usually with a camera on him. Moving forward, he has his sights set on telling stories of climbing and skiing expeditions, sustainable food systems and regenerative agriculture, and endangered ecosystems. Chris strongly believes in the camera as a powerful tool for positive social change and dissemination of meaningful stories and information, but admits his personal favorite use is to try and capture the moments in his life he wishes to hold on to.
