I was born in Bogotá, the capital of Colombia, in 1994. Since childhood, I was passionate about art in its different modalities, which led me to portray fascinating images and unique moments in drawings that I perfected with different techniques. This led me to study graphic design, and although at first I was inclined to drawing and design as such, once I started the photography modules, I fell in love with this art.
One of my great hobbies as a child was BMX Freestyle, I practiced it for more than eight years. This motivated me to capture those unique live moments when athletes do a trick that has cost them a lot of work and thus freeze it in time through photography.
Currently, I work as a photographer for Red Bull and Amulet Space, a streetwear clothing brand that supports and sponsors extreme athletes. In my career I have achieved more than thirty photography awards nationally and internationally, I am also co-founder of the photography collective FOTOGRAMA COLECTIVO, through which we have developed several documentary photography projects throughout the country on the environment, tangible and intangible cultural heritage, traditions, cultures, among others; projects that have produced a series of books with which we make a contribution to the visual memory of the country.
This allowed me to trace a good trajectory in this field, to the point that today, I am in love with photography and I always live with it and I want to experience all its fields from portrait, landscape, nature, sports, products, experimental, to everything that allows me to develop more skills and concepts with a personal stamp in every photo I take.
