Born in Bulgaria but moved at very young age to Mallorca where I grew up, learned surfing at the age of thirteen and since my first wave became obsessed with the water; my whole world had changed. I started sailing around the world and taking photos on the way, until I arrived at Tahiti and decided to give it a shot and try to make a new life. I gave myself five years on pursuing my dream carrier, ocean photography. Since then, I go in the water every single day, trying to find new perspectives, new angles and most importantly, telling the story of the ocean and of the people that are so passionate about it they can't live without it, and finally inspire awareness and the sense of adventure.
I still don't call myself a professional photographer as I have to work as a sailing skipper half of the time to make a living but my dream is to be able to commit all my time to photography, create beautiful stories to inspire adventure and conservation of the environment. Ideally I would combine surf/adventure with ocean conservation photography.
