In the second edition of our ‘What’s in the Bag?’ series, we take a peek at marine photographer Kurt Arrigo’s setup. Check out:
If you could grab only 3 pieces of gear?
"Camera / 24mm f.14 / housing. I guess those are the pieces I am most attached to. But then again, this would depend on what I’m about to shoot."
Ever lost any gear to the sea?
"I have to say, I’ve been quite fortunate to not lose any gear over the side. A one-liner I always keep in mind is: “If you don't have a good sense of humor, don't take up underwater photography”. In the early days of using an underwater camera housing, I had a number of flooding issues! Salt water is also your worst enemy."
Any special items you carry with you?
"Just good clothing."
